Pottery Lesson 1:45pm on 12/14/24

This holiday season we are excited to host a community craft day at Maker House! There will be ornament making for all ages, handmade gifts for sale, 3D printing demonstrations, and crash course throwing lessons.

About the Pottery Lesson:

Get ready to dive into the exciting world of pottery in this hour-long lesson! Your instructor will kick things off with a quick throwing demonstration, after which you'll get hands-on experience shaping your own creations. Be prepared to get your hands dirty and get caked in clay!

Beginner friendly and all are welcome to try it out (kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).

Registration Details:

• Date: Saturday, December 14th, 2024
• Time: 1:45PM - 3PM
• Fee: $15 (includes wheel throwing instruction, practice time, materials, and clay).
• Optional: Keep your creations! The studio staff will fire and glaze your pieces for an additional $15 per item (note: the work will be ready for pickup in the new year). 

Important: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes past the start) may forfeit their spot.
