Dysfunctional Ware - Saturday Session

Description: Come explore the joys of imperfection as we make weird, wonky, and wonderful dishware! In this workshop, students will utilize basic handbuilding techniques to apply their own creativity to classic functional ware such as plates, mugs, and bowls and explore how to push their functionality to its limits. Does a cup really need to be cylindrical for us to drink out of it? A plate perfectly round or square to eat our dinner off of? Let’s get weird and make some dishes that will certainly turn heads at your next dinner party. Age 18+

Experience needed: None needed, beginners welcome!
