Spring Open Studio - Sunday Afternoons 1pm-4pm

Thank you for joining our spring open studio. Since you are joining late this is the prorated price for the remaining 4 sessions.

Participating in Clay Studio’s Summer Open Studio Time will enable you to work independently inside the studio during allotted days and times over the course of 8 weeks.

Summer Open Studio is intended for private, independent work and is not intended for beginners. No instruction will be offered.

To ensure the safety of our community and to help limit the spread of COVID-19, we will permit up to 12 people in our 2,500 square foot studio per work period. Please see below for details on how to register and to view Clay Studio’s current safety policies and procedures.

How it works:

• Decide on a day and time that you would like to work in the studio.You are welcome to register for one or multiple sessions. Choose between the offerings below.
• Register for your 8 week session(s). By registering, you are guaranteed studio access during your allotted day and time for the duration of the 8 week period. We will not offer refunds or reschedule missed days – by signing up you are registering for 8 weeks. 
• Practice alongside others in our state-of-the-art 2,500 square foot studio using wheels and equipment with up to 11 others during your day and time.
• Studio equipment includes:
  • 8 new Brent potters’ wheels
  • Brand-new slab roller
  • 3 hand building tables
  • 2 wedging tables
  • Extruder
  • Locker Storage
  • Protected shelves to store work in progress
  • Photography room with professional lights and backdrop
  • Outdoor lounging and dining area
  • Library area with books about ceramic techniques and history
• Store your clay, tools and work here at the studio.

Dates: Sunday May 9th - Sunday May 30th

Time: 1pm–4pm

Cost: $240 (includes 24 hours of open studio time over the span of 8 weeks. Access to equipment in a state-of-the art facility. Clay and firing not included.)
